It's important to fully understand the benefits and purpose of the vitamins and products you are taking. We receive a lot of questions about the ingredients in those products, and the benefits to taking them. So we've decided to put together this product ingredient cheat sheet for you. Enjoy!

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)- Vitamin B3 supports healthy cardiovascular function, nervous system function, and immune function.  Helps to transport enzymes that break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, so your body can use all of these nutrients effectively. Vitamin B3 also increases blood flow and will usually cause a short term "flush" feeling, causing the skin to turn red and tingle.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - Vitamin B6 helps produce insulin, and various neurotransmitters and enzymes in the body. By keeping up on your vitamin B6, you can support your immune system, nervous system, and maintain adequate energy levels all days.

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - Helps with proper metabolism, which is a key element for supporting fat loss and muscle building. Vitamin B12 also helps to support the central nervous system and greatly enhances mental and physical energy that could last all day long.

Beta Alanine - Beta alanine is an amino acid that attaches to Histidine to promote more muscular energy. It works by buffering lactic acid building up in the muscle, which is the cause of muscle soreness and the breakdown of muscle tissue.

Sodium Nitrate - Sodium Nitrate is simply the nitrate molecule boded to sodium,a s free form nitrates are not stable enough to be mixed din to a formula by themselves. When it comes to vasodilation and getting that "pump" we all seek in the gym, nitrates are the end all say all for the absolute best pump, as they literally "open the flood gates" of your blood vessels  to engorge the muscles with blood. Nitrates are also the only clinically proven vasodilators available, and are also used in medicine every day for people with blood flow or hear issues. No other "supposed" vasodilation ingredients used in the industry have any clinical research to that they actually do anything to increase blood flow at all.

Caffeine Anhydrous - This is used as our main energy source

L-Tyrosine - This ingredient heightens mental alertness, promotes a felling of well being, and drastically decreases mental fatigue.

Alpha GPC - In Europe alpha-GPC is a prescription medication for the treatment of Alzheimer disease. In the U.S it is promoted to improve memory and is also used to treat various kinds of dementia, stroke, and "mini stroke" (transient ischemic attach, TIA). Alpha-GPC is also used for improving memory, thinking skills, and learning. It is believed that Alpha-GPC seems to increase a chemical in the brain called acetylocholine. This brain chemical is important for memory and learning functions.

Pikatropin (Picamilon) - Picamilon is able to cross the blood-brain barrier where it splits into GABA and niacin. Picamilon is useful for mitrating the negative effects of stress, providing a feeling of tranquilization without the feeling of sedation that can come from other drugs. Highly bioavailable and rapidly absorbed, Pikamilon offers a new dimension for cognitive, anxiolytic and performance.
